OSX Monterey 12.2 and M1 Pro Macbook - CS:GO Won't start at all

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open steam after checking file integrity
2. Click to open CS:GO (tried all the different advanced stat codes and non worded)
3. the green play button in steam app becomes blue
4. I can see an icon at the osx bar down there where it shows the apps shortcuts
5. The icon disapears and CS:GO never initializes… anything… not even the intro.
6. the blue play button gets green again.

For me, a restart of the Mac fixed the problem.
