Your system information

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

The glass flickers when moving and just generally look staticy almost when there's something somewhat dark behind them.

Nuke (Dark rooms):

Office (Look at the turned off lights and sides of the windows):

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Open CS2
  2. Play a map with glass (eg. Nuke)
  3. Look at the glass

I'm getting a similar effect on AMD Mesa drivers and It's not just glass.

I don't know if this is useful but it seems that changing FSR (internal resolution) has an effect on this visual bug. Probably shader related.

Hmm, I don't have those lines, but the flickering/noise is quite noticeable on dust, you can see it on the sky box and some shadows.

This also affects the god-rays in the tunnel on italy.

This also is maybe related to the regression in mesa, older versions of mesa like 23.1.0 have a significantly subtler speckling issues. Its still there so i suspect a bug in shader that was made worse with later changes to the driver.

Just played again today, and it seems to be fixed!

Running Mesa 24.0.8-1 on Debian testing, if it helps.
