[CZ] Fix broken tasks for Mission Pack #1029

Three tasks are referenced in czmissiondoc.rtf but seem broken:

killdefuser "N" [survive | inarow]
The player must kill a CT in the act of defusing a planted bomb "N" times.

stoprescue "N" [survive | inarow]
The player must kill a CTs who is escorting hostages back to a Rescue Zone"N" times.

killvip "N" [survive | inarow]
The player must kill the VIP "N" times.

I know it's not your priority but if there is a little chance to have those tasks fixed (or implanted, I don't know the current code state) after all those years, it would be very appreciated. Thanks

these are implemented, in what way don't they work? Do you have a sample map I can test this with?

You can't achieve any tasks, and since the original CZ MissionPack is only CT sided, I assume they're not fully implemented.
