[GoldSRC] Downloads continue after cancelling

You cant interrupt downloads. If you press "cancel" button in downloading form its disappears to main menu, but still downloading this resource (traffic activity), if you close game its still downloading by steam process (im see traffic activity of steam process with ip of fastdl of this resource).

I can confirm this too on windows also, and easy to reproduce:

Open some network monitor tool (Resource Monitor on Windows, iftop on Linux)
Open game;
Enter in a server with custom resources;
Cancel and/or close game while downloading files;
Look at the monitor tool.

You will see Steam process still downloading files from fastdl server in background. All GoldSrc games affected.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP with all updates;
