[CS 1.6] New Voice library?

Hi,
i know that i am not first with this.
I know that new beta update isn't compatible with old version + NS voice.
But what should cs portal that supports Steam and NonSteam do with it? From update some players are forced to use NS to play at portal's JailBreak server, because it just doesn't work.
I am aware that new voice is same as Steam chat supports.
So could you release a library that uses this new voice for older versions so that would be compatible with new one? Because making new setting just for this is pointless when you want to use this Steam voice.

P.S.: I know you want to make CS better, but you should also make updates that are somehow compatible with older version.
