[CZ:DS] Game Menu is broken and can crash game

Upon clicking on New Game, the drop down option for difficulty is broken as no option appears, more so the "Play Half-Life" button launches the tutorial level, while "Training Room" doesn't do anything. A workaround is to use the "World Map" to start "Recoil" to start playing the campaign

EDIT: The Game Menu in general appears to be broken, I forgot to mention that the World Menu doesn't scale properly and now I learned that clicking the Options setting causes the game to crash.
