[GoldSource] Black screen when resolution height != 768 in fullscreen #834

When resolution height is lower or higher than 768 and in Nvidia Control Panel I have
image
I get black screen. -nofbo or -sw helps.

When I choose "Let the 3D application decide", I can see that text is blurred

my native resolution is 1366x768, so height resizing causes the bug

So text being slightly blurry when choosing your non-native LCD height is expected. Having a black screen is bad, I will see if I can reproduce it here.

As you can see, the screen turns black right after loading GUI

unlike #746 screenshot and snapshot doesn't capture the screen

still happens, driver version GeForce 320.18 WHQL. -nofbo or -windowed helps

I did some testing. The screen is black when in Nvidia Control Panel I set Use my preference emphasizing to Balance or Quality, when I set it to Perfomance - it works fine.

Then I chose Use the advanced 3D image settings and went to Manage 3D Settings and found out what is causing it.
The screen is black when I set Antialiasing - mode to Override any application setting

Antialiasing - Setting doesn't matter.

Interesting fact. If I turn on nvidia FXAA and MSAA, the screen is not black, but very blurry
