I have installed lib32-libtxc_dxtn as the wiki says and am running the proprietary nvidia drivers.

I'm using TF2 on Arch 64 as well with Nvidia proprietary drivers. Do you have lib32-nvidia-utils installed, as well?

Yes I do. I think it's a problem with steam + cinnamon/gnome 3 theme.

Considering your dump shows The error was 'BadDrawable (invalid Pixmap or Window parameter)'., you may be right. I'd give it a shot on a different WM to narrow it down, though. I've seen that error many times across a whole bunch of different frameworks spanning from wxWidgets, to GTK and even QT. It's a very general error.

Same issue in fluxbox/creating a new x for just steam. Really not sure what the issue is.

Would you verify TF2’s game cache - its in the game’s properties window, local files tab.

It passed.
