First i click Friends there:
friends

to get list of my friends.

Second i click to triangle near the nick and the context menu is showing up:

friends1

While moving down or up the cursor (depends where the context menu will show up relatively to triangle) the context menu is disappearing.

Do you have focus follows mouse enabled? If so it could be related to #6

I don't know what are you talking about, but anyway it's a bug. I don't really care to repair it in my system but i just want to report a bug because it's not normal behavior of windows in appliacation.

I'm using Unity (on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS) and I don't use "focus follows mouse" but I have this problem. Actually the friends list disappears only when moving mouse above or below the context menu. And it's never both at the same time (sometimes only moving above the menu makes it disappear and sometimes moving below).

The next client release will have a fix for this.
