Comments
Hello, @kisak-valve , nothing change with your command. Do you have another idea ? [uranium@Uranium-PC ~]$ LIBGL_DRI3_DISABLE=1 steam |
Can i have a méthod for get more log ? Or verify all dependencie are installed ? |
For the most part, all that steam requires beyond the dependencies that are provided by the package is a working 32 bit opengl driver. You could double check that you have the driver packages that apply to you in the 'Before you Install' section of https://linuxconfig.org/installing-steam-on-fedora-25-linux. |
I'm having the same issue, I also found this:
So whatever this steamconsole.so is its borked af [NOTE] On ubuntu 17.10 beta [\NOTE] |
@gidoBOSSftw5731 héhé it's not the same issue because i have no information at all. on your, you have a steam version . I think you're good to delete your local steam folder. or if you have the file steamconsole.so, find him with : find / -name "steamconsole.so" if you have this file, use ldd to verify you have all dependencie installed |
@kisak-valve , i have already installed this dépendencie :/ do you have a script to check all .so used by steam to check if all dépendencie are ok ? |
@kisak-valve , no error in debug log , do you have an idea ? :

I have the same Problem! I mentioned it at #3954 see last post |
Hey guys, I found a way to get some more info on my problem. When I run the following command: I get the result:
Any ideas? EDIT: I fixed it yesterday but I don't know how I did it. I tried to reinstall my nvidia drivers a few times already without success. Then I decided to try to switch to nvidia-lts for a change. When I did this, I was unable to boot into my system because I got a black screen only. So I did Ctrl+Alt+F2 and manually uninstalled nvidia-lts and reinstalled nvidia, nvidia-utils and lib32-nvidia-utils. Then I was able to reboot into my system properly. Then I installed both steam and steam-native again and suddenly it worked. xD |
Oh thanck you for the command, i will try for me rapidely but i'm on holliday :) |
Hello @ad1rie1, are you still experiencing this issue on an up to date system? |
