Vanilla ones don't either. There really isn't anything I can do here.

Really? Plants has it so it overrides the vanilla pot allowing flowers from Plants to be placed into the pot. Couldn't you do something similar where you detect if Plants or BOP are added and override the vanilla pot allowing those modded flowers in?

Also BOP's dev says it's on your mod's end if they were to be supported (I don't have enough info to know if this is true): Glitchfiend/BiomesOPlenty#1153
