Right clicking on fence with lead crashes server.

Similar to the issue in this thread #2878, we have a player who is crashing when they try to right click on a fence with a lead. Our modpack does not have Scaling Health installed, and as indicated by the crash file, Quark is part of the stack trace, as is Spice of Life (which is odd since that has nothing to do with leads or fences).

This crash is happening on the server. This involves Minecraft 1.16.5 and Forge 36.1.4 I will also be cross posting this issue to Spice of Live Potato Edition since they are mentioned in the stack trace as well.
