Idle miners notification

As we discussed in email, i suggest we have the idle miners notifications.
Example: if after 15-30 minutes the miners are not started (become idle), it can sent notif (by web notif or email notif) to user.

Hi patiphol,
Is there anyway you can make us choose the timing for "color levels of last mine"
make it 30 minutes turn to orange instead of 1 hour.

Also, do you mind changing the levels of last mine for seconds into "a few seconds ago" instead of "xx seconds ago"
The reason im asking this because, im trying to create a alternative miners notifications using price tracking chrome extension (like this https://otsledit.net/en) , so i will target anything > 30 will give me notif, but your 30 seconds ago messed up the notif as of now.
