Describe the bug
Creative mode doesn't toggle properly at framerates other than 60fps. e.g. at 30fps it's both enabled and disabled on one key press, and at 200fps it's only toggled sometimes.

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • OS version: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro - 10.0.19043 Build 19043
  • Game version: 0.8.23.9989
