svelte is a javascript framework used to build web frontend applications combining it with SvelteKit can be used to build complete full stack web applications it is similar to next and nuxt.
- we can use html,javascript and css in a same file that ends with .svelte extension
- in svelte the styling is component scoped and doesnt leak into other components
- componenet re rendering happens only with the assignment operations
