If a user sends a message in a lot of channels (like 3+) in the span of 5-10 seconds and each message is the same/similar it will delete all of the messages and mute the user.
Then it will send a message in the #reports channel (if possible, configurable per server).

i have some code that detects if a messages has sus links and deletes it would that work?

No. Those types of systems have too many flaws
