[BUG] Full run text is shown even when a run is tapped for a short time. #35

Describe the bug

Right now the app shows the full title of the run and runners when a run is tapped-and-held and short-tapped.

Steps To Reproduce

Open the app
Select an event
Tap and hold a run and notice the full text is shown at the bottom
Short-tap a run and notice the full text being shown at the bottom

Expected behavior

Short-tapping a run shouldn't show the full run text
