What does OWD stand for and what does it set?
- Organization-Wide Defaults, sets the default level of access for objects within the organization
What is the Role Hierarchy?
- Tree-like structure to facilitate hierarchical sharing of records in the org
When should you use a Sharing Rule?
- When we have repeatable criteria to share a record
How is a Queue different than a Public Group?
- Queues allow for shared ownership of a record, while public groups can have record shared with them
