There isn't anyone actively maintaining this project as I'm busy with other things. While the core idea is great/useful, I didn't have a lot of time to work on it, fix issues, write tests, etc. If this project helped you, please consider collaborating!

I'll definitely collabarate, I was trying to find a Library that works on both Node and Web Browser for a Deep Learning Library and I tried DeepLearn.js and GPU.js but all of them use WebGL. This shit has helped me. Thanks @MaiaVictor
