Can't seem to get this mod to work with GOG version

I seem to be having an issue getting this to work with my GOG version. It shows up in the mod list, and the options are present, but even at 100% chance it does not appear to be dropping at all. The only other mod I'm running is CheatGUI, and I have this above that one in the load list.

I've had the same issue until I renamed the mod's folder to health_container (an older README.md said so).
I'm not sure why it works with a specific folder name....
