I am looking into potential solutions

The binary is completly safe
this is probabily just a false positive due to packaging stuff in layers

I did more research and when Python is compiled into a exe, it'll give a false positive especially for things related to machine learning.

If in doubt, check VirusTotal. It offers a lot of information about the file.

In this case, it's just generally suspicious. Which isn't exactly wrong, since you usually install Python manually and so on. But it's a false positive.
