How to reset entire environment

As a development team member, I want to reset the installed environment (including database) and install it's from the scratch, so that, in case of problems I'm able to recreate it's easily.

1. Instructions on how to implement the described case

You can remove app in argo cd, developers have access to this functionality. It will then be recreated. However, that won't remove database, so that needs to be done manually for now. Maybe there is a possibility to tie to a CRD delete event for the application.
