Help menu does not list short cut keys list which are displayed in main window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to 'http://www.chromevox.com/27/tutorial/getting_help.html'
2.Invoke command help by pressing ChromeVox + Period.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:
Command keys listed in help popup

Actual:
Short cut keys list are listed in main window


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome v43
Windows 7
