[BUG]: CupHead Port saves files freeze the game

Description of Issue

Hello
I've got an issue with CupHead port.
All is perfect, except that when i launch the game with saves files in ux0/data, the game freeze before main menu (with start, options...).

The only fix i've found is to delete all saves files in ux0/data (so impossible to continue game)

Any clue or fix for that ?

Expected Behavior

If normal :
I suppose to get to start screen and chose a file to play

Reproduction Steps

Just play the game for the first time. (Create a save file)
Then quit and launch again. The game will freeze just before start screen
