Add looting blacklist

It slows me down sometimes that the bot loots all creatures. I would like the ability to add a comma separated list on the target tab of creature names not to loot.

Would you mind if I put a PR together for it? I have a working process for this using the storage to store the black list then reading that back when looting to see if we should loot or not.
