TIme to fix (quantiles) shows one or two months in advance #14

When visualizing quantiles for MLS or ITS, there appear a month or two in advance. As it is observed in http://activity.openstack.org/dash/browser/its.html or http://activity.openstack.org/dash/browser/mls.html, there are more months at the end of the chart.

Why is this happening?
