Read this before opening an issue

Hello,

First off: thank you for taking the time to open an issue!

When filing an issue please provide as much information as possible.

Bare minimum

At a minimum the following information is mandatory:

1. The PSBlitz version you're using.
2. Windows and PowerShell version
3. SQL Server version or Azure environment type
4. Type of output report (Excel or HTML)
5. Behavior of using the -DebugInfo flag
6. Information relevant to any errors. This includes stuff like:
   • Any extra text showing up in the output of any step
   • The name of the last successful step
   • The name of the failed step
   • The error message returned for the failed step or returned as part of the Script execution was interrupted message
   • For Excel output also provide the values of Debug Column and Debug Value, if any
   • Any error message returned at the end of the script execution

Optional but highly appreciated

These two pieces of info can make troubleshooting a lot easier:

1. The full console output of a PSBlitz execution using the -DebugInfo flag.
2. The contents of the Execution Log report page without the first line (Check start) since it can contain sensitive information that isn't useful to my troubleshooting of potential bugs.

I'm asking for this because I don't want to play 20 questions to troubleshoot something.
