Publishing is not working in firefox, safari,edge

Environment: https://janus-phone-kit.netlify.app/demo.html
Steps to reproduce:

1. Join room with chrome
2. Join room with any of browsers: firefox, edge, safari (tested on mac os, ubuntu, windows)

Expected result:

1. Chrome user can see and hear another browser user.
2. Another browser user can see and hear chrome user

Actual result:

1. Chrome user can NOT see and hear another browser user.
2. Another browser user can see and hear chrome user
   Same happens with sharing screen.

console error from chrome:
Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Failed to load because no supported source was found.
console error from firefox:
Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: The media resource indicated by the src attribute or assigned media provider object was not suitable.
