Gallery preview images should be actually smaller than originals #164

At it happens, images that are already small are recompressed which in some cases makes the resulting previews larger (as in bytes) than the original, e.g.

  • Original size: 226488
  • Preview size: 253952
  • Wasted bytes: 27464 (27KB)
