Make clocks for file expiration show the right times

Right now the standard behavior on all files has the clock icon at 9 o'clock, regardless of expiration time. Can this icon be changed to reflect a file's TTL, maybe with 3 hour accuracy so we can have a better idea of how much longer it will last?
