Manual: Not all chapters in TOC are clickable links

It's a minor issue, but only some of the Chapters in the TOC are clickable links. I've tried with Acrobat DC and Foxit reader, same issue with both.

Intro through Z Drives: clickable links
Build plate: no link
A/B Drives through gantry: clickable links
Z Axis through A/B belts: no link
Rest clickable links

So from what I can see the problems are the entries of:

• Build plate
• Z axis
• A/B Belts

everything else seems to be fine.
