s command with multiple carets removes character only under 1. caret

Describe the bug
In normal mode, s command (delete character under cursor and switch to insert mode) with multiple carets removes character only under 1. caret.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. obtain multiple carets in normal mode
2. press s
3. all carets get into insert mode, but only under 1. one the character is deleted

Expected behavior
Underlying character is being deleted from under all carets.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Visual Studio version: 17.0.6 (2022)
• VsVim version: 2.10.0.5
• Programming Language: C++
• Check(Type 'x') any that are installed:
  • ReSharper
  • Visual Assist
