VS 2022 stopped responding for 12 seconds....

Describe the bug
In VS 2022 after switching to Insert mode and trying to type, VS 2022 "pauses" and a message displays below the menu bar:
"Visual Studio stopped responding for 12 seconds. Disabling the extension VsVim might help."

To Reproduce
I was editing a .md file.

• go to top of file
• change to insert mode
• start typing
  This is intermittent, but I have seen it several times (in .md, .cs, and .txt files).

Expected behavior
VsVim doesn't cause a 12 sec. pause in VS 2022 maybe?

Curious: do you have the clipboard settings such that they use the Windows clipboard by default

I occasionally get this when pressing and holding the d key to delete 4-5 chars. Visual studio freezes for about 5 seconds, then recovers and deletes all the keys it should have due to me holding the d key.

I am currently getting this issue a lot and I am using the windows clipboard
