keyboard interactions that aren't necessarily focus? #20

Go to the demo, use the keyboard to select the <select> box, use up and down arrows to move up and down in the menu and space to select. The select box has focus and the user is clearly using the keyboard, but we aren't indicating as such. You could argue that this in particular is an edge case of sorts, but it does seem weird... if there was a way to deal with it it would be good.

@bkardell I tried the demo just now and it seems to work as expected? The green outline is applied to the select element when i focus it with the keyboard, and arrowing up/down just produces the usual selection UI. What were you thinking it should look like?

Hmm my screen shows me i closed this issue over 1 year ago..do you not see that as well?
