For the inst approval page, display more info for each user:

"A request came from Albrecht that I think would be helpful. He would like the list of users needing approval by the institution leads to include additional information, such as who their manager is supposed to be, what their full name is, and what role they will have (faculty, student, post doc, etc.)"

Related to this:

In order to approve I would like to know the full name, a full email address and the institutional affiliation of someone making a request.
Ideally there would even be somone sponsoring this request, eg an advisor or supervisor.
I guess you are saying that the institutional affiliation is probably wisc.edu but how would I know.
