image is not visible in the backend for the agent

Describe the bug
it is possible to copy paste an image in this rich text editor but it is not visible in the backend for the agent.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• create a submission form > add a rich text editor field in your form > add the form on a page
• log in as a customer user > fill in the form > copy an image an paste it in the rich text editor field in your form > submit form
• log in as an agent > go to tickets > open the ticket > the image is not displayed in the ticket

Image can still be copied=>pasted in the submission form, and form sent successfully without any errors/warnings. @TeoAlex did you mean this or is the problem still persistent?

If the image is in clipboard or if the image is dragged&dropped it will not be allowed but if the image file is copyed & pasted in the editor it still works. Can't find a reason why this happens and how to prevent it.
