Add regex-based customization that will apply to every account

Description

As far as the add-on can print the account name along with the account ID, will it be possible to add some regex-based customization?

For example, if an org uses prefixes or suffixes to name its accounts like 'dev', 'pre', and 'pro', it will be great to have all the 'pro' accounts opening with the AWS console in red color.

Also, an account-specific customization should override this regex-based customization.
