About inference speed

Hi Xinlong, I'm wondering if the inference speed is reported as the xxx task/s after evaluation is done:

I run the test_ins.py file, so here, the inference speed is 6.5 fps?

@twangnh For the speed test, the L53 and L54 in test_ins.py should be commented out, which converts the masks to coco format and should not be considered when evaluating the inference time.
