Create Android App setup using MVVM
Add addtional UI Libraries
Setup Databinding on The android app

Backend

Choose a backend framework. Likely something on a new language (eg Go, Elixr, )
Note-to-self: Dont use Django or Javascript. and definitely not PHP
Get a good API doc service
Last resort is Javascript
