Repro steps.

  • Start test app
  • Click on "Show Small Tooltip Form"
  • Move form so that it is off the edge of the parent
  • Click on the Parent area

Expected:

  • Child to flash and shadow to remain on top of parent

Actual:

  • Shadow is sent to back

Cause:

  • SmellyHack does not work for all !
