[wallet / delegate] on a specific account, an error occurs when the Delegate dialog does not show the WP balance. Other accounts don't have this problem. But on this account the problem is reproduced always. #4687

The same account has a similar problem - when opening the Manage delegations dialog, the WAIV token is not shown, the rest took a long time to load.
