[match bot / sponsor] the bot should calculate the power of the vote depending on the promised reward. In this case, pacific.gifts promised to pay C$7.00, and the bot's settings say 50%, so ideally the bot should have voted C$7.00 for the author's share to be $3.50. In this example, the bot does not have enough power, but it should have given 100% vote. #4748
