Multi-object Dimensions

Currently, Dimensions are assumed to apply to a single 3D object (or DrawView). Should object to object dimensions be supported? DrawViews can be moved on the page independently of their position in 3D space, so "projected" dimensions won't be available(?).

That's an interesting idea... I wonder if we should put it off until we have the new Assembly to play with? Computing the distances between objects will probably work quite differently there, but haven't looked at the code changes in that branch at all so could be wrong.
