Directory 'Smallest-Federated-Wiki/server/express' doesn't exist

I followed the instructions for building SFW under Ubuntu (in this case, the Bash on Ubuntu on Windows environment that will go RTM with the Windows 10 Anniversary Update next month).

When I did a git clone inside my homedir, it created ~/Smallest-Federated-Wiki/server, but nested under that are only two folders: 'sinatra' and 'Wikiduino'.

Please advise.

The readme begins:

This repository exists as both a historical document and 
a community of interested parties. This is not where you
want to find the current source for Federated Wiki.

Try the node version which is actively supported on many platforms.

npm install -g wiki
