Cyp commented Do you have a savegame? If so, would you attach (with both the .gam file and the directory with the same name)? |

alfred007 commented I had a similar problem, but unfortunately no saved game for this. This bug happened, when i build a structure on the plateau during the arrival of the transporter, while he was in flight. When i build the structure after the transporter left the map everything worked as it should. |

Cyp commented #4502 reports that the transport could become indestructible in two different missions. |
Joatlee commented Hi! The problem though is not that it can't be destroyed: the problem is that it will never leave the map either. I'd also like to add another thing in case it helps: when it happened to me in the Alpha campaign, I had built towers all over the map. |
Berserk Cyborg commented I encountered this as well on my second run with the Alpha campaign. It does take a phenomenal amount of damage to even reach zero HP with Alpha campaign technology. Once it does, the transporter just sits there. So I searched and found that the function droidDamage in droid.cpp lines 255-260 might be what prevents the transporter from being destroyed. -Just thought this would be helpful for reference. |
Quenton commented you are not supposed to kill the transport unit! |

vexed commented You should never be able to kill transports in the campaign game. So, this specific issue in this bug report is invalid. |
