Hi, I have just discovered stow, and from the quick look at the lib it's not clear is it possible to work with non-Amazon S3 service? And could you please point to some examples (if any)?

Finally, I managed to run stow over Ceph Object Gateway's S3-compatible storage, there is config constant
s3.ConfigEndpoint, which needs to be used instead of s3.ConfigRegion.

I suggest to add this to documentation.
