To all LFX Mentorship applicants,

We have observed a recurring issue where applicants contact mentors directly via direct messages (DM) or email. While we understand your eagerness to stand out, this approach is not encouraged and goes against the guidelines of the LFX Mentorship program. This policy is also supported by the LFX mentoring program. For reference, please see here.

To ensure a fair and organized process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Project-Related Queries:

If you have any questions, issues, or need clarifications about project ideas, please leave comments under the corresponding issues on GitHub.

Platform and Payment Queries:

For any questions or issues related to the LFX Mentorship platform, website, payments, etc., contact the LFX Mentorship support team.

CNCF-Specific Questions:

Use the CNCF mentoring discussions board for general queries.
For questions that cannot be addressed publicly, please write to mentoring@cncf.io.
