I forked bioacoustics on GitHub as above and used your R repository to train the five species of bat that live close to my house. My recordings can be downloaded from Google Drive and used with the new R training and deploy files.

I'm no expert in R or Random Forest and created one forest for every species, which is probably the wrong way to do it? Please feel free to correct my Train_bats.R file if you like and use my recordings for whatever purpose suits.

Thanks for a great repository !!!!! Just need to find some more local bat audio files now.
