It's possible that your PHP upload size is too small or that your PHP max execution time is too low. Alternatively, the memory_limit might be too low.

Is it possible that this plugin can reduce the quality that we can set?
for example Chapter 1 file size 40MB when uploaded will be reduced to 80 quality to 15MB and splitted image 1000x
