I'm having issues with copy & paste also. Something that doesn't happen on the original bootstrap version (https://github.com/jhollingworth/bootstrap-wysihtml5)

It seems to be about the default parsers. It seems that having a couple of tags active like div, span, ul, li the copy and paste from the clipboad handles better.

Ok, that does not happen with MS Word on Mac. Can you upload an example file and provide some information about operating system, word version, browser version and so on?

Due to a lack of information and examples I am closing this issue. Wysihtml5x has better autoparsing features, so probably this will not occur on the 0.3.x branch.
